Redesign multiple units in the Hollingsworth building to create modern, functional, and inviting homes. Each apartment needed to feel cohesive with the building’s aesthetic while reflecting the unique personality of future residents.

“Natural light” is used quite frequently throughout the site.

The final spaces are bright, elegant, and thoughtfully organized. Every unit reflects a refined, urban aesthetic, showcasing clean lines, modern textures, and personalized details that make each apartment feel complete and welcoming.

The framed artwork displays a striking, high contrast silhouette of a face that appears to be partially dissected or merged with architectural lines.

The Desk/Workspace

A sleek white desk with slim metal legs creates a light, airy workstation, while the compact three-drawer cabinet below adds essential storage without cluttering the space.
